Job Title: Sr Windows Server Engineer Location: Chennai, India Experience Level: 4 + Years Role & responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in managing Windows Server environments, specifically Windows Server 2012 and 2022. Lead domain controller migration projects from one server to another, ensuring a seamless transition. Configure and manage Windows Deployment Services (WDS) for efficient OS deployment. Tailor OS configurations according to organizational needs. Expertly handle SCCM patch updating to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. Serve as an expert in Active Directory and Group Policy management, providing solutions and improvements. Collaborate with the team to implement and enforce group policies effectively. Manage DHCP super scope and demonstrate proficiency in a Hyper-V environment. Experience in handling backup procedures for both physical and virtual servers on a regular basis. Implement and manage Windows BitLocker encryption for enhanced security. Handle application integration with various automation tools (added advantage). Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows 11 issues at both domain and workgroup levels. Work collaboratively within a team to accomplish tasks and projects efficiently. Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
