Sr. US IT Recruiter || Urgent Requirement

Job Responsibilities and Requirements::

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably CEIPAL.
• Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and Boolean search techniques.
• Knowledge of US visa statuses and tax terms, including C2C, C2H, W2, and 1099.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, including resume database searches and job postings.
• Familiarity with job boards such as CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand client requirements and analyze job descriptions effectively.
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Ability to source resumes through internal databases, personal networks, referrals, and job portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
