About the Role

CodePulse IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn US recruitment processes, and the ability to identify and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Learn US recruitment practices, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models, as applicable.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Prior experience in US IT recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Candidates should be comfortable working full-time from the Hyderabad office.
