As a Sr. Test Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications. Your expertise in testing tools and frameworks will be leveraged to conduct comprehensive testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security meet company standards. - Utilize test metrics and reporting to provide insights into the quality and progress of testing activities. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies. - Execute manual end-to-end business process assurance tests to validate the complete workflow of applications. - Use testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks and improve testing efficiency. - Document and track defects using tools like SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira ensuring timely resolution. - Provide detailed test reports and feedback to the development team to facilitate continuous improvement. - Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure thorough coverage. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies. - Support user acceptance testing by coordinating with end-users and addressing any issues that arise. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing tools and technologies. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing documentation and knowledge base. - Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration. **Qualifications:** - Possess strong technical skills in web application testing with a focus on manual and automated testing techniques. - Demonstrate proficiency in using testing tools such as SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira for defect tracking and management. - Have a solid understanding of test metrics and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making. - Exhibit basic programming skills to support test automation and scripting tasks. - Experience in the claims domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific testing requirements. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. *Certifications Required:* ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst As a Sr. Test Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications.
