Role Overview: As an experienced Art Production professional with over 5 years of experience in game, casino, or entertainment art production, you will be responsible for creating high-impact 2D & 3D art, animating reels and VFX, translating game concepts into visual themes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the visual quality and brand consistency of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-impact 2D & 3D art symbols, characters, interface elements, cabinet toppers, signage, and promotional assets. - Animate reels, bonuses, and VFX using tools like Spine, After Effects, or Unity's Timeline to deliver polished motion on all platforms. - Translate math models and game concepts into visual themes and user-centric flows. - Build and maintain art libraries & style guides for brand consistency across different platforms. - Optimize textures, atlases, and shaders to meet strict download sizes, memory budgets, and GPU limits. - Collaborate with engineers, producers, and sound designers throughout the production pipeline. - Own visual quality by driving art reviews, providing/receiving feedback, and upholding regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Animation, Illustration, Game Art, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. - Previous experience in an RMG (Real-Money Gaming) or social-casino studio. - Passion for slot mechanics, casino trends, and player engagement psychology.
