EdTech recruitment experience in BOTH Field Sales and Academic hiring is mandatory.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

End-to-end recruitment for Field Sales, Academic, Inside Sales, BDM, Marketing & Customer Success roles

60% focus on Field Sales hiring and business-critical non-IT positions

Smart sourcing & headhunting through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals

Candidate screening, salary negotiations, interview coordination & offer closures

Hiring manager collaboration, TAT adherence & recruitment target achievement

ATS management, hiring reports, talent pipelines & process improvement using AI and automation

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience

Proven EdTech hiring expertise in Field Sales & Academic roles

Excellent sourcing, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

A target-driven mindset, tech-savviness, and strong ownership
