Job Description

Position: Senior Specialist MOPS Location: Chennai Reporting to: Deputy Manger - MOPS Job Description: Should be familiar with technical terms of EHS indicators. Data collection, consolidation, validation, reconciliation and reporting of EHS and Sustainability performance ¢ ¢ Strong skills on excel and data analysis Sharing of status report at regular intervals on data availability Follow up with business heads / plant on any required details and data uploads and timely response to mail communications ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Ability to review the performance and highlight the key variances Manage Global facility list Request for reasoning from the business team on the variances identified Preparing, Reviewing and Publishing monthly decks related to Safety Collaborate with corporate team to finalize the monthly report on Safety Administrate the digital platforms such as SAP, SharePoint etc., (Control User access; Initiate Design/workflow changes; Co-ordinate with tool support team) Active participate in automation and process improvement initiatives for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the activities ¢ ¢ ¢ Ensure strong stakeholder management Steering Monthly reviews, taking minutes and following up for resolution of open points identified Profile Description: ¢ Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. ¢ Ideally, the candidate should have prior experience as a Data Analyst for Safety reporting at the corporate level. ¢ ¢ ¢ Should be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint is required. The candidate should have strong analytical skills & should be willing to learn new processes. ¢ ¢ Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
