Sr. SAP Functional Configurator & Production Support

You will be the Sr. Functional Configurator-Production Support at Infoya, a global IT consulting and services organization. In this role, you will provide technical and functional support to end-users of applicable systems, ensure system availability, and perform routine maintenance tasks to support business functions. Collaborating closely with technology partners, you will resolve issues impacting current production systems and communicate status updates to business and technology stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include performing SAP/IS Retail configuration and integration for mid-sized projects and small enhancements, particularly in cross-functional modules like SD and MM. You should have a solid understanding of gathering business requirements, troubleshooting production issues, and configuring program properties to meet those requirements. Additionally, you will work on SAP/IS Retail Master Data integration with other functional areas and coordinate with Architecture and Infrastructure Teams on best practices and environment setup. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with and support application users, ensuring application availability in the Production environment. You will analyze and research service desk tickets with business users to resolve defects, communicate solutions, and coordinate implementation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather detailed requirements for projects, perform designs, configuration/modification activities, and coordinate User Acceptance testing. To qualify for this role, you should have 5+ years of relevant work experience, a BS in Computer Science or related field, and experience in identifying gaps between AS-IS and TO-BE business processes. Proficiency in SAP Sales & Distribution, materials management, and retail/business processes is preferred.
