Sr. Recruitment Specialist – Real Estate

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and a mandatory background in real estate hiring. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
• Handle candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and offer follow-ups.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Prior experience in Real Estate recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
