Sr. Recruiter - Real Estate

Fairdeal Realtors Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Sr. HR Recruiter with strong sourcing skills and a track record in senior-level and PAN India recruitment.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Chakala Metro Station)

Key Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
2. Experience hiring for senior-level and leadership positions.3. Proven experience managing PAN India recruitment across multiple locations.4. Strong knowledge of real estate profiles and prior experience hiring candidates specifically for the real estate domain is preferred.5. Ability to manage multiple vacancies, achieve monthly recruitment targets and coordinate the complete hiring process.6. Experience working with an ATS, knowledge of Zoho Recruit or any other ATS is an advantage.
