Sr. QA Engineer/ Lead

As a Senior QA Engineer/QA Lead at the Indian MNC based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our information security and management solutions. In this role, we are seeking a candidate with a strong background in QA manual and automation testing, supported by a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields. With at least 10 years of experience in QA, including 5+ years of expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java, you will be responsible for developing and executing test automation, designing and maintaining automation frameworks, and guiding QA engineers on automation frameworks and scripting. Your key responsibilities will include developing and configuring test automation frameworks, coordinating with product management and software engineers, establishing test strategies, and tracking defects while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be essential in driving automation initiatives and ensuring the success of our projects. Knowledge of agile methodology, bug tracking tools, version control systems like git/gitlab, and experience in the security domain and performance testing will be advantageous for this role.
