Sr Project Lead-App Engg Services

As a PLM Technology Sr. Project Lead, your role involves being the primary customer-facing individual responsible for managing various aspects of projects related to PTC Windchill implementation, upgrade, migrations, and exposure to the medical devices industry. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing pre-sales activities, requirements gathering, solution planning, project execution, and implementation within defined deadlines and budgets. - Leading cost estimation, resource & budget planning, and coordinating efforts of onshore, offshore, Customer team members, and third-party contractors or consultants. - Ensuring high-quality and first-time-right delivery mindset by identifying, managing, avoiding, mitigating, and recovering from risks in project and technical teams" activities. - Demonstrating superior communication skills and consulting effectiveness with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and understanding enterprise systems and coordinating the same. - Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud platforms is required. In this role, you will also be involved in: - Contributing to pre-sales activities, project estimation, and project transition from sales team to delivery teams. - Managing internal and external project initiation and mobilization activities. - Communicating regularly to all levels of the company and customer organization. - Defining and documenting project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Developing full-scale project plans, communication documents, and effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders. - Estimating resources, drafting budget proposals, and recommending changes as necessary. - Identifying and managing project dependencies, critical path, and scheduling project timelines and milestones. - Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
