Job Description

Role : Senior Procurement Executive

What you will do:

Build procurement strategy and schedules for modules, inverters, structures, transformers, cables and BOS materials
Identify, onboard and develop OEMs, EPC vendors, contractors and logistics partners
Float RFQs/RFPs, negotiate commercials and finalize POs, contracts and framework agreements
Review supplier contracts, warranties and LD clauses, and manage claims and disputes
Track procurement budgets, savings and compliance, and support audits

What we need:

BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or Supply Chain background; MBA/PGDM preferred
10-12+ years in procurement within solar, renewable, EPC, infrastructure or IPP
Experience in large-scale utility or C&I solar procurement is preferred
Strong negotiation skills, advanced Excel/MIS, ERP/SAP knowledge

Work Location: In person
