We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives in campaign optimization, lead generation, and digital advertising. If you're passionate about scaling campaigns, maximizing ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you! Campaign Management - Develop, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across AdRoll, Google Ads and Meta for specific audience segments. Performance Optimization - Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making real-time optimizations and scaling ads to improve CPL, lead quality, and CAC. Data Analysis & Reporting - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all campaign touchpoints. Analyze performance data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Budget Management - Strategically allocate and manage ad spend to maximize efficiency and ROI while staying within budget. A/B Testing & Experimentation - Design and execute A/B for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Direct Call & WhatsApp Campaigns - Run and optimize direct call and WhatsApp ad campaigns to drive high-intent leads and customer interactions. Market Research & Trend Analysis - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment - Work closely with content team, creative team, sales, and other stakeholders to align on campaign goals, messaging, and deliverables. Brand Awareness & Growth Initiatives - Execute and optimize brand awareness campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and brand recall across digital platforms. Creative & Ad Format Expertise - Experience in ad creative development, messaging optimization, and asset testing. Expertise in multiple ad formats, including video, carousel, lead ads, and dynamic retargeting. Programmatic Advertising - Experience with programmatic ad platforms beyond AdRoll is desirable. Requirements Experience: 4+ years in B2B performance marketing, specifically in Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on lead generation. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. Hands-on experience with direct call and WhatsApp campaigns. Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data, optimize performance metrics, and generate actionable insights . Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making . Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and tech teams to execute performance-driven marketing strategies. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns. Familiarity with CRM & third-party ad tracking and attribution models.
