Sr. Manager_Systems Audit

As an experienced Security Auditor with 10-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for conducting Security Audits and Security Risk assessment services. Your role will involve managing Information Security Audit projects and Security risk assessment services. You should have practical hands-on Auditing experience in areas such as IT General Controls, Application controls, User Access controls, Data Security Controls, and Governance, Risk & Compliance processes. Experience in auditing Financial systems, including banking products and services, is a plus. Additionally, you will lead project Management activities, manage people, and evaluate performance. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skills are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining up-to-date audit schedules and allocating audit staff for specific assessments in a timely manner. - Reviewing audit reports to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Designing control test plans for planned audits. - Providing support with staff and documents for trigger-based audits and suggesting improvements. - Supervising multiple Audit projects from initiation to closure. - Ensuring consistent, concise, and clear audit observations and recommendations. - Managing relationships with stakeholders in business departments and on-site entity functions. - Identifying and evaluating technology/tools to enhance Security Assessment efficiency. - Generating trend analytics reports on audit observations and presenting them to management. - Conducting off-site assessments and identifying new data sources to enhance efficiency. - Collaborating with business departments for risk assessments, audit schedule preparation, and test plan documentation. - Creating MIS reports on audit projects for Senior management. - Developing competencies for auditors on emerging technology and Audit/Risk assessment methodologies.
