Hiring for Sr. Manager - Loan Sales

Education: Any Degree

Location: Chennai

Exp: Min 3 -8 years in Loan Sales

Role:

  • Handle Loan Sales & Disbursement.
  • Visit customers in the field for KYC and relationship management.
  • Maintain daily reports and customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolution.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Handle delinquent accounts and minimize overdue cases.

Required Skills:

  • Basic collection and recovery knowledge.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Field work handling experience.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
