Sr Manager-Architecture

As a Project Coordinator, your role involves preparing various reports, analyses, and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Progress reports for all projects. - Generating Goal projections per quarter and per year as per the requirements of the HOD. - Compilation of the Annual Cash flow statement. - Conducting Cost analysis of construction for all projects. - Reviewing variations and NT items submitted by contractors before forwarding to the contracts team. - Coordinating with the contracts and purchase team for the release of work orders, purchase orders, and timely delivery of materials to the site. - Developing the organisation chart of employees. - Participating in design co-ordination meetings, addressing design issues with the HOD. - Attending site review meetings, discussing site-related matters with the site team and the HOD. - Ensuring necessary approvals in the SAP process for all project requirements. - Monitoring and controlling budgets for all projects. - Maintaining the projects database for analysis and quick reference. - Overseeing auditing documentation and BIM coordination. - Providing support to the site team for project execution when needed. - Tracking project milestones using detailed MSP and highlighting critical tasks. - Monitoring the delivery and record-keeping of drawings. - Driving cost control initiatives, value engineering, etc. - Creating professional presentations for project Long Term Monitoring (LTM). - Undertaking any other activities as assigned by the Reporting Manager. Additionally, please note that you will be expected to maintain a proactive approach towards project coordination and communication with various stakeholders to ensure project success.,
