Sr Manager-Architecture

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include preparing Quarterly and Annual Progress reports for all projects. You will be required to project Goal projections per quarter and per year as directed by the Head of Department (HOD). Additionally, you will be responsible for creating the Annual Cash flow statement and conducting Construction Cost analysis for all projects. Your role will involve reviewing variations and NT items of all contractors before submitting them to the contracts team. You will need to follow up with the contracts and purchase team to ensure the timely release of work orders, purchase orders, and delivery of materials to the site. Maintaining the organisation chart of employees and attending design co-ordination meetings to discuss design issues with the HOD will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will attend site review meetings to address site-related issues with the site team and HOD. Ensuring the necessary approvals in the SAP process for all requirements and monitoring the budget and control for all projects will be crucial aspects of your job. You will also be responsible for maintaining the projects database, conducting analysis for ready reckoner, and ensuring all auditing documentation is in order. Your role will involve BIM coordination, supporting the site team with project execution when needed, and tracking all projects using detailed MSP to highlight critical aspects. Monitoring and tracking the delivery of drawings and maintaining cost control and value engineering will be essential tasks. You will also prepare and present LTM presentations professionally. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other activities assigned by the Reporting Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects.,
