Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the AI Foundation Team at Adobe Express as a Machine Learning Engineer. Your primary responsibility will be to develop ML models, platforms, and services to improve feature speed and quality, ultimately enhancing the user experience at Adobe Express. Key Responsibilities: - Research, design, and implement advanced ML models and pipelines for training and inference at scale, focusing on computer vision, NLP, deep learning, and generative AI techniques. - Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based frameworks to support multimodal creative workflows for rich, context-aware content generation and dynamic user experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into ML solutions, progressing from proof-of-concept to fully productionized services. - Develop robust platforms for continuous model training, experimentation, A/B testing, and monitoring to maintain high model quality and relevance. - Utilize distributed computing technologies and cloud infrastructures for large-scale data processing, feature engineering, and real-time inference, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency. - Implement reliable APIs and microservices to serve ML models to end users, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, scalability, and maintainability standards. - Stay updated on emerging ML research, tools, and frameworks, evaluating and integrating new technologies like sophisticated LLMs, reinforcement learning-based agents, and innovative inference optimization techniques. Qualifications Required: - PhD, Masters, Bachelor's, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, ML, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field. - Proficiency in Python and Java for ML model development and systems integration. - Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. - Demonstrated experience in working with LLMs and agent frameworks for advanced AI-based experiences. - Proficiency in computer vision and NLP techniques for multimodal content understanding and generation. - Previous work experience in Creative Domains and Imaging Domains would be beneficial. - Experience in developing and deploying RESTful web services and microservices architectures for ML applications. - Proficiency with UNIX environments, Git for version control, and Jenkins for CI/CD processes.,
