Sr. Java Back-End Developer

Role Overview: As a Back-End Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. You will play a crucial role in developing backend services and data pipelines, leading design and discovery for medium to large projects, guiding a small team of engineers, building low-latency, event-driven, distributed systems, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and standards.
