REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes for consulting roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. You will source, assess, and select top talent, ensuring candidates experience a smooth and professional interview process.

Description

- 1-2 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ICIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).- Strong written and verbal communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience with campus recruitment and campus branding initiatives.- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize workflows.- Knowledge of local labor laws, consent, and document verification processes.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for consulting positions, from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, success criteria, and time-to-fill targets.- Source candidates through job boards, social networks, campus outreach, and passive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.- Screen and assess candidates via resume screening, phone screens, and structured interviews; coordinate panel interviews when applicable.- Coordinate interview logistics, collect and synthesize feedback, and communicate decisions promptly to candidates.- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system data, generate recruitment metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.- Drive a positive candidate experience, ensure timely communication, and manage candidate pipelining for critical roles.- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
