Job Description

As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be part of a team delivering modern infrastructure solutions for Honeywells ERP systems. Build strong relationships with leadership to effectively deliver contemporary datacenter solutions and contribute directly to business success. Identify and implement process improvements, automate where possible, and focus on scalability, optimization, and process. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent 8 years of experience in infrastructure technologies 4-6 years of VMware experience, including sizing, performance management, and day-to-day operations 4-6 years of experience with NAS and backup technologies 2-3 years of experience with vSAN and HCI technologies 2-3 years of experience with Cloud (azure, AWS, GCP) Experience in sizing and architecting infrastructure solutions Performance analysis and troubleshooting experience Experience with RHEL OS administration, patching, and upgrades Preferred Qualifications Experience with datacenter migrations and migrating workloads and servers SAN storage experience is a plus Scripting and automation experience Effective communication skills and succinct articulation Experience with RHEL administration Experience with Cisco MDS fiber channel switches Technology upgrade oversight Experience with visualization software, preferably Tableau Experience working with remote and global teams and cross-team collaboration Ability to make timely decisions even in complex situations, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
