Sr. IT Administrator

As a Senior IT Administrator at Protyze, located in Hebbal, Bengaluru, your role will involve overseeing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, and cloud services. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of IT systems with business applications, particularly in areas like inventory and order management. You will also need to implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Providing advanced technical support to resolve complex IT issues and collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions will be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in IT roles, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior or leadership position. Proficiency in server management, networking, cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity practices is essential. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft will be advantageous. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is on-site.
