SR IS ENGINEER 9799 - Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) Software Developer

As an experienced Oracle CPQ (BigMachines/BMI) techno-functional developer with 9-15 years of experience, you will play a vital role at Extreme Networks. Your primary responsibility will be to support and deliver functionality for the renewal quoting business. You will collaborate with an agile team to introduce feature enhancements and new capabilities with a specific focus on CPQ/BMI. Your technical and functional skills will be put to the test as you work with ABO/Subscription Workbench, Commerce Processes, CPQ Data Tables/Attributes/Rules/BLM Scripts/Steps, CPQ BOM Structure/Integration, BML Library Functions and Scripts, Analytics/Rating Engine, Document/Email Designer, Advanced Pricing Models, and more. Your ability to understand the CPQ Data Model and work with Advanced Approvals routing and configuration of financial thresholds will be essential. You will take charge of performing root cause analysis, writing technical design documentation, drafting test cases, and ensuring architecture, performance, and code quality standards compliance on the Oracle CPQ/BigMachines platform. Your role will also involve supporting and triaging customer issues, defects, enhancement requests, and backlog items, as well as participating in all phases of the software development life cycle. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in successful Oracle CPQ project implementations or overall industry experience. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, or related fields is preferred, or an equivalent of 10+ years of experience. Your ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment, along with strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and a focus on prioritization, will be key to your success in this position. Exposure to Oracle CPQ Cloud Integration, web services standards and technology, Bulk Data Upload/Migration Strategy, and Subscription Management Cloud (Oracle SMC) will be advantageous.
