Role Summary

As a Senior Interior Designer at Interiosplash, you'll lead design strategy and execution for large-scale projects. You'll work closely with clients, engineers, and vendors to deliver spaces that reflect brand identity, operational efficiency, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead end-to-end design execution for luxury interior projects

? Collaborate with clients to understand vision, lifestyle, and functional needs

? Develop mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and 3D visualizations

? Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution

? Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

? Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews

? Stay updated on global luxury design trends and innovations

Requirements

? Bachelor's/Master's in Interior Design or Architecture

? 7+ years of experience in luxury interiors (residential, hospitality, or retail)

? Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design sensibilities

? Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering tools

? Excellent communication and client-handling skills

? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
