Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles based on job requirements and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related aspects with candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
Meet assigned monthly recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
