Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Executive . The ideal candidate must have a solid background in talent acquisition, with hands-on experience sourcing through various job boards and digital platforms. Strong communication skills and the ability to accelerate the sourcing and hiring process are essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to both talent growth and business development. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist top talent using diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across functions and levels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an efficient recruitment process. Drive client acquisition by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new clients. Develop and manage long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database/CRM. Key Requirements: Prior experience in talent acquisition , especially in using multiple job boards and sourcing tools to fast-track hiring. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities. Experience in client acquisition or business development is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask effectively and handle both recruitment and client-facing roles. A proactive, result-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
