Sr. Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to become a valuable member of our vibrant team. As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will involve crafting visually stunning, innovative, and top-notch designs for diverse digital and print platforms. Your knack for creating compelling visual content will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand's presence, facilitating effective engagement with our target demographic. Your duties will entail: - Collaborating closely with the marketing and creative departments to grasp project specifications and goals. - Conceptualizing and executing visually appealing designs for a range of digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, posters, banners, logos, and promotional materials. - Utilizing graphic design software tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to deliver high-quality designs. - Establishing and upholding visual identity and branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all materials. - Staying abreast of design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to enhance design proficiency continuously. - Ensuring all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and effectively convey the intended message to the target audience. - Collaborating with printers and vendors to guarantee that final outputs meet quality benchmarks and specifications. - Presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders, receiving feedback, and incorporating revisions as necessary. - Juggling multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines punctually. Qualifications and Skills required: - Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer, with a preference for expertise in both digital and print design. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with other pertinent tools. - Sound understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, typography, and composition. - Innovative thinking capabilities, with a penchant for generating fresh ideas and thinking creatively. - Attention to detail, a keen sense of aesthetics, and an eye for visual consistency. - Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and present design concepts to stakeholders. - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, receiving constructive criticism positively and implementing design adjustments accordingly. - Knowledge of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design is advantageous. - Supplementary skills in motion graphics, video editing, or illustration are beneficial. Eligibility Criteria: - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro. - Mandatory creativity with a sound understanding of social media best practices. - Proficiency in photo editing software, familiarity with various design concepts, and experience in producing social media content and print materials like Brochures, Flex Banners, Flyers. - Ability to craft captivating social media and ad creatives to expand audience reach, in addition to conducting online research.
