Sr Field Network Engineer- L2

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will involve working with various systems and hardware, following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. It is essential that you are based out of Kolkata. Key Responsibilities: - Perform network work including L2/L3 switch configuration, network security, and NMS. - Configure and manage firewalls. - Manage Wireless AP Configuration. - Utilize knowledge of network security, Siem Tool, Check Point, Stacking, and Linux. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of total work experience preferred. Additional Details: The primary business domain for this role is IT & ITES.
