The position is accountable for:
1. Scheduling and completing all NPD trials in a timely manner.
2. Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialisation of NPDs
3. Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.
Responsible for upkeep and smooth functioning of NPD labs.
Leads recipe development as per marketing brief
Ensure material connectivity and flawless execution of industrial trials
Maintain R&D documentation like PDR recipes, Stability tests, decay study etc.
BOM updates on SAP Ensure timely availability of RM codes and SFG codes for NPDs
Executing BOM budgeting exercise
Ownership of NPD labs : Ensure right equipment and man power allocation as per project priorities.
Graduate in Food technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology.
Postgraduate in Food Technology.
Product development in confectionery and allied industry.
Worked with flavours applications.
Application of SAP, Fluent with Power point and MS Excel.
3-5 years in product development/ R&D or process development roles.
3-5 years in Food B2C companies.
