Sr Executive/ Manager -IP

As a Sr Executive/ Manager - IP at the Mumbai location, your role will involve the management of the branded portfolio from an IP perspective. Your key responsibilities will include: - Life Cycle management of the branded portfolio from an IP perspective, which includes competition tracking - Preparation of landscape and infringement analysis - Identification and tracking of competition - Patentability evaluation, patent filing, and prosecution - Preparation for enforcement of IP - Search and analysis in API, NCE, formulation, technology, Devices related Inventions - IP due diligence for technologies and products for in-licensing - IP support for out-licensing projects - Freedom to operate for in-house branded portfolio - Performing validity analysis of blocking patents - Identifying new opportunities for in-licensing - Providing required support to Regulatory and R&D You should possess an educational qualification of M.Pharm/Ph.D in Pharmacy. A specific certification as a Patent agent or Certification on patent law would be preferred. Your skill set should include patent drafting and Prosecution. The ideal candidate for this position would have 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field.,
