Sr. Enterprise IT Security Analyst

You are a motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst with a foundational background in IAM technologies and practices. You will join our Information Security team and focus on Microsoft Entra, Intune, Okta, OneLogin, MFA, and SSO. Your role involves supporting IAM initiatives and contributing to the security and efficiency of our identity management systems. You will assist in implementing and managing IAM solutions, developing and enforcing IAM policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for integration. Your responsibilities also include conducting security assessments, providing technical support and guidance, staying updated on IAM trends, and delivering training programs for employees and stakeholders. Additionally, you will prepare and present IAM reports and metrics to senior management. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, expertise in utilizing identity governance tools, and experience in enabling applications for SSO integration. Possession of Security+ or equivalent certifications is required. Good to have qualifications include experience with Okta and OneLogin, a strong understanding of IAM principles, proven experience in leading IAM projects, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
