Sr Engineer - SAP BASIS

As a Senior Software Engineer - SAP Basis at Marlabs Innovations Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing L2/L3 level support for various SAP systems such as ECC, BW, XI/PI, SCM, SOLMAN, BOBJ, EP, GRC, HCM, and non-SAP components. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all aspects of Application Life Cycle Management - Performing database administration focusing on ORACLE, MS SQL, HANA DB - Maintaining the integrity of SAP and non-SAP environments - Providing technical support for SAP issues - Executing system refreshes, client copies, server migrations - Creating and maintaining documentation related to SAP Basis operations You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you must be able to work in a virtual environment, effectively prioritize tasks under pressure, and demonstrate autonomy and self-motivation in a fast-paced work setting. It is crucial to have the ability to adhere to SLA timelines, stay updated with relevant SOPs, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to drive continuous improvement initiatives, support Lean Sigma programs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies. The role may entail 10% global travel, occasional on-call work, and flexibility to work outside regular shift timings.
