Sr Engineer - Peripheral Validation (CXL3.0 and PCIe Gen5/6)

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join the Engineering Group. As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will be involved in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and ensure performance requirements are met. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with at least 4 years of Hardware Engineering experience. Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree and 3+ years of experience, or a PhD and 2+ years of experience are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, a minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required. Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with peripheral protocols like CXL3.0 and PCIe Gen5/6 Validation, and have exposure to server chips. Proficiency in bare metal/Linux driver development, C programming, complex SoC software development, and hardware validation testing is essential, covering functional, performance, compliance, and power aspects. Familiarity with debug and lab tools such as Lauterbach, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers is also necessary.
