Sr. Customer Support Executive (INTERNATIONAL PROCESS)

Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone to potential customers. Your main goal is to meet sales targets and generate revenue for the company. You will need to have excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Make calls to potential customers and pitch products or services - Achieve sales targets on a regular basis - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business Qualifications Required: - Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in domestic or international sales process - Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory - Age requirement is between 18 to 33 years - Education qualification of Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts Additional Details: The company offers health insurance and provident fund benefits to all employees.
