Sr. Computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer with expertise in Deep Learning to spearhead the development and implementation of computer vision models for our AI Platform catered to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Engineers efficiently, expanding our AI team, collaborating with highly skilled Machine Learning Engineers, and contributing individually to the project. Your responsibilities will include prototyping AI Models using real-world data, ensuring their successful deployment in production, overseeing a team of ML Engineers in Bengaluru, and working closely with cross-functional teams in Germany and the US to prioritize tasks and guarantee the timely delivery of ML models or features. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in Deep Learning, leadership experience, and a proven track record of taking deep learning models from conception to production at scale using large-scale customer data. A postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 institution, along with at least 5 years of industry experience, including 3+ years in Computer Vision and Deep Learning, is required. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading Machine Learning (Deep Learning) projects and 1 year of leading a team of ML engineers. Experience in Natural Language Processing is advantageous, and expertise in developing new Deep Learning models in PyTorch is essential. A comprehensive understanding of software design, previous exposure to a fast-paced tech startup environment, and fluency in English are also desired qualifications.
