Job Description

As a part of Firefly Enterprise group at Adobe, you will be involved in designing and developing highly scalable and available APIs and workflow offerings for Adobe's Enterprise Customers. This includes working on Firefly services and services built on flagship products like Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign. Your role will encompass the design and development of one or more services/components, taking full responsibility for the project lifecycle from user story to maintenance. Collaboration with ML engineers to integrate AI/ML model orchestration and inference workflows will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, as a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in architecture, design, quality, coding standards, and mentoring junior team members. Adhering to standard software engineering practices and working in a highly collaborative, geographically distributed environment will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop one or more services/components - Manage the full lifecycle of the project from user story to maintenance - Architect, design, implement, review, document, and deploy applications with high quality - Collaborate with ML engineers for AI/ML model orchestration and inference workflows - Take responsibility for architecture, design, quality, coding standards, and reviews - Adhere to standard software engineering practices - Work in a highly collaborative and geographically distributed environment - Mentor junior team members Qualifications Required: - B. Tech and/or M. Tech in Computer Science with an excellent academic record, or equivalent experience - 12+ years of software development experience primarily in back-end systems - Proficiency in data structures and algorithms - Expertise in Java/NodeJS and related frameworks - Experience with MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Kafka, etc. - Exposure to AI/ML systems integration, model serving, or workflow orchestration - Proven experience in designing, building, evolving, and working with large-scale, complex software projects - Self-starter with the ability and interest in learning new technologies - Experience in developing scalable Cloud-based services on AWS/Azure - Strong programming and problem-solving skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Good team player - Experience with Agile development practices If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation to navigate the website or complete the application process, you can email accommodations@adobe.com or call (408) 536-3015.,
