Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall clinic operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent patient experience, coordinating with doctors and staff, and driving business growth for Advanced GroHair & GloSkin.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor daily sales, conversions, and clinic performance.
• Develop strategies to improve revenue and treatment bookings.
• Follow up on leads, consultations, and potential clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling suitable treatments.

2. Clinic Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Maintain clinic hygiene, infrastructure, and service standards.
• Ensure proper scheduling and coordination of appointments.

3. Patient Experience

• Ensure quality patient service and satisfaction.
• Monitor doctor consultations and patient feedback.
• Address complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing patients.

4. Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
• Set individual targets and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure accountability and teamwork across all departments.

5. Marketing & Lead Management

• Coordinate with the digital marketing and corporate teams.
• Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries and missed opportunities.
• Implement local marketing activities to improve clinic visibility.

6. Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily sales reports and monthly performance updates.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or management qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in clinic management, healthcare, sales, or retail operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales reporting, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.

Role Expectation: The Branch Manager must take complete ownership of clinic performance, sales growth, patient satisfaction, and team productivity while maintaining the service standards of Advanced GroHair & GloSkin.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
