Sr. BIM MEP

As a Senior BIM-MEP professional with over 7 years of experience, you will be required to have expertise in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Your project experience should include working on projects in the United States and the Middle East. A qualification of B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory for this role, as we do not consider Diploma holders for this position. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating your proficiency in reading and understanding MEP Design Drawings, along with a strong working knowledge of MEP drawings, terminology, codes, and standards. You will be expected to independently conduct quality checks on Revit MEP models based on project design drawings, as well as manage the creation of Revit Families of MEP elements and equipment. Experience in running clash detection among different disciplines models in Navisworks is crucial for this role. You will also be required to lead client meetings to discuss MEP model issues and clashes when necessary. Being a team player and having the willingness to ensure project delivery before the timeline deliverable are essential qualities we are looking for. Familiarity with Level of Development (LOD) and BEP standards is important for the smooth functioning of this role. You will need to ensure a special focus on Revit MEP model quality before each submission to maintain high standards.
