Sr. Azure Data Engineer

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which need to be deployed at a client end ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, develop software solutions and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues. You will collaborate with functional teams, confer with project managers and analyze client requirements to convert them into feasible designs. Your responsibilities will also include performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, evaluating operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors or improve performance, recommending new systems or modifications and preparing reports on programming project specifications. It is essential that all codes raised adhere to project/account norms, are error-free, and have no bugs. You will be required to report project status and progress, capture client requirements, take feedback regularly to ensure on-time delivery, participate in continuing education and training, consult with engineering staff, document and demonstrate solutions, and ensure good quality of interaction with customers. Timely response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally are crucial. Key performance parameters will include Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software (100% error-free onboarding & implementation, adherence to schedule/release plan), Quality & CSAT (On-Time Delivery, managing software, troubleshooting queries, ensuring customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation), and MIS & Reporting (100% on-time MIS & report generation).
