As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Noise, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with product management and engineering to bring innovative solutions to life for the product direction, visuals, and overall user experience. Your impact will be felt across all users of web and mobile applications. You will be tasked with translating design challenges, product goals, and user needs into visually appealing and practical design solutions. By visualizing and prototyping design concepts through mood boards, mockups, and visual comps, you will effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders. Your designs will align with product objectives and brand guidelines while incorporating feedback from design reviews and user testing. Contributing to the creation and refinement of visual design systems, you will utilize modern UI trends and best practices to maintain a consistent and high-quality visual identity across various products and platforms. Your responsibilities will include delivering visual designs for specific projects or product features, ensuring they meet both user and business goals. Collaboration with team members, including product, UX, and marketing teams, will be essential to ensure smooth design implementation and alignment with project objectives. You will be expected to efficiently produce high-quality designs while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adapting to feedback and iterating on designs to enhance the user experience and visual appeal will be part of your routine. The ideal candidate for this role at Noise will possess a strong fundamental knowledge of design principles, user behavior, and design trends. With 2-5 years of experience designing high-impact consumer-facing digital experiences, you should have a deep passion for innovative design thinking and challenging conventional approaches to design. Your expertise in Visual design, research, brand identity building, illustrative work, UI, and graphical design will be crucial. Experience working in cross-functional teams, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with building and managing design systems and brand guidelines are essential requirements for this role. A drive for excellence, clear communication skills, and an online portfolio of professional work are mandatory. Experience in motion design or animation will be considered a bonus.
