Senior Associate Analyst (U2) Assessment Processing Administrator

This is a non-IT operational role involving semi-voice responsibilities, including handling calls with UK-based clients and responding to emails from customers and agents. As this is a senior-level position, candidates should be capable of working independently while adhering to established SOPs and process documentation.

  UK-based publishing and EdTech organization with a 500-year legacy

Interview Mode: In-person (Candidates need to be in Hyderabad to apply)

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international BPO/KPO process, in voice or non-voice operations.
• Ability to handle calls with UK-based clients professionally.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently by following SOPs and process documentation.
