As an Architect with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering unique design solutions using AI tools. You should be creative, technically sound, and capable of designing premium residences, commercial buildings, and hospitality projects. Your role will involve strong design, detailing, and presentation skills using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Experience with AI-based design tools is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Designing premium residences, commercial buildings, and hospitality projects - Creating detailed architectural drawings and presentations - Utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite effectively - Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements - Presenting design solutions effectively to clients - Coordinating with team members for project execution Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite - Experience with AI-based design tools is advantageous - Fluent in English (written & spoken) - Excellent client presentation and communication skills - Strong team coordination and communication abilities - Willingness to work with the firm for the long term If interested, please share your CV and Portfolio at admin@spacextended.com.
