Sr Animator

As a Senior Animator at Studio Dialogbox, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall animation quality across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include working on a variety of projects such as Character Animation and mix media videos. Depending on the project requirements, you will either work directly on the production or collaborate with other animators and editors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating with freelancers, vendors, and internal resources like junior animators, illustrators, Art Directors, and producers to meet project deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the animation quality of various projects under your supervision - Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality content on time - Coordinating with freelancers, vendors, and internal resources for project delivery - Staying updated with marketing, video, and animation trends - Mentoring and developing other resources - Proficient in the Adobe suite - Excellent motion graphics skills - Decent character animation skills - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in delivering explainers, social media ads, etc. - Ability to work well in a team and provide and receive feedback patiently - Comfortable using presets and AE widgets to enhance quality and efficiency Qualifications: - Proficiency in the entire Adobe suite - Excellent motion graphics skills - Decent character animation skills - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively - Strong track record of staying updated with industry trends - Enjoy mentoring and developing other team members In addition to the competitive compensation of Rs 50,000 per month, the company will provide you with a high-end desktop system to work on.
