Sr Analyst Customer Ops

As a DevOps engineer at Motorola Solutions, your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end automation of the deployment cycle, testing, and performance evaluation. You will be tasked with creating, maintaining, supporting, and enhancing complex private and public cloud operations. This role requires you to operate within a progressive and collaborative DevOps environment, emphasizing the importance of not only possessing the necessary skill set but also aligning with the collaborative nature of the team. Your key responsibilities will include designing, building, and managing highly available hosting infrastructure on both public and private clouds. You will develop automation workflows, conduct tests, and provide feedback on the quality of delivered components. Additionally, you will configure and prepare production releases, as well as deployment and rollback instructions. Your role will involve creating PaaS and IaaS resources in Azure and private clouds to support development, product, and QA teams. Collaboration with product developers to deliver features to customers is essential, requiring you to think independently, creatively, and outside conventional solutions. You will also be responsible for administering and maintaining source control repositories, build systems, build automation servers, and associated automation tools. The position does not entail any travel requirements or relocation provisions.
