Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive – Finance & Taxation

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, banking activities, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts:

• Manage debtors, creditors, payment recovery, and reconciliations.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and voucher entries (Sales, Purchase & Bank).
• Manage accounts payable, supplier payments, and payment records.
• Maintain sales and purchase registers, ledgers, and invoices.
• Prepare monthly stock statements and MIS reports.
• Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation.
• Manage vendor registration, credit/debit notes, and customer credit checks.
• Assist in balance sheet preparation and finalization of accounts.
• Handle banking activities, including CC renewal, stock statements, and loan-related matters.
• Maintain salary, wages, and commission records.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax calculations, payments, and return filing.
• Prepare Form 16 and Form 16A.
• Handle GST audits, tax audits, and assessment-related documentation.
• Manage income tax and sales tax-related matters.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and accounts finalization.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and taxation activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
