Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SQL Lead to oversee all SQL-related activities in support of data validation, analysis, and integration during the organizations data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SQL development and database management and will be responsible for guiding the team, designing database solutions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the transformation process. Key Responsibilities: SQL Development : Write and maintain complex SQL queries , stored procedures, and functions to support data validation, analysis, and integration. Database Design : Design, implement, and optimize complex SQL queries and procedures for high-volume data operations. Data Migration Support : Collaborate with the data migration team to validate and analyze large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process. Performance Optimization : Conduct regular performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain high levels of database performance. Collaboration : Work closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure that SQL solutions align with business requirements. Key Qualifications: Experience : 5-8 years of experience in SQL development and database management Technical Skills : Advanced knowledge of SQL , database architecture, and performance tuning. Experience with ETL tools and data migration projects. Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex SQL queries and optimizing performance. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and mentor SQL teams. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure SQL , AWS RDS ) and large-scale data migration projects.
