The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data migration projects, and advanced Excel skills. This role requires excellent relationship management abilities and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements. Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10-12 years of experience in business analysis and data migration projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in the Telecom Sector. Knowledge of data migration tools and software. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
