Key Responsibilities:

• MS SQL developer with good understanding in debugging complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions etc.
• Manage and optimize MS SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Design and implement relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, etc.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time constraints.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Document and maintain software functionality.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong understanding of SQL and database design principles.
• Good understanding of SQL Server reporting services, security in SSRS and tracing source data.
• Experience with writing SQL queries, designing RDBMS, and developing stored procedures and functions.
• Good to have basic understanding of SQL databases working, backups, restores and dbcc. Ability to maintain Disaster recovery environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and migrating legacy MS SQL Server databases.
• Knowing how to Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#
• Proficient in understanding a complex home-grown job scheduler. Review jobs and understand dependencies. Be able to troubleshoot outputs based on sources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Understanding of Quality Processes like ISO, CMM, etc.
