Principal Accountabilities (A) Strategic Pleasant behaviour with patients, staff and colleagues Initiatives towards professional academic growth Initiatives towards departmental growth Clinical discussions in internal meeting. (B) Operational 1) Out patient Comprehensive Assessment of the patient. Planning, educating, and delivering the therapy. Plan the assistive aids/ orthotics as required Providing home care program Fixing up the follow up appointment Documenting the patient details in OPD Register, entering the clinical notes in the HIS. Communicating with the HOD & / Consultant regarding the progress of the patient if required. Ensure the equipment is in working condition. 2) In patient Thorough Assessment of the patient and discuss with consultant if and when needed. Planning and providing the appropriate therapy to the patient Educating the patient, patient attendant, nurse. Documenting the patient details in IPD Register, billing and entering the clinical notes in the HIS Ongoing communication with the HOD & / or the consultant regarding the progress of the patient if required.
